The next opportunity to change insurance benefits will be Nov/Dec of 2021. You can also make changes during the plan year if you experience a qualifying event. Some examples of qualifying events are: new baby, new marriage, divorce, and loss of other coverage.

Important Announcements:

– Our TPA for Health Insurance is switching from Significa to JP Farley on January 1, 2021. This means everyone enrolled in a Partners Excavating Health Insurance Plan will be issued new insurance cards at the first of the year. Employees will need to share this new insurance information with health care providers to ensure billing details updated.
– Telemedicine services switch from Teledoc to MDLive on January 1, 2021
– Our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) is changing to SouthernScripts on January 1, 2021. Your new insurance card will need to be shared with your pharmacy to make sure your prescriptions are covered under the new PBM and your claims are processed accurately.

Insurance selection (including Open Enrollment) is completed through BerniePortal for health, dental, vision, life, long term disability, accidental death and dismemberment, and FSAs. Allstate enrollment is completed using a paper form.
