Additional Services

Site-Work, Utilities, Concrete, and Paving are at the core of what Partners does. However, we offer additional services to support our customers and the community. These include Top-soil, Custom Hauling, Crushing, and Emergency Utility Work.

Custom Hauling

Our hauling division provides transport solutions for many construction and agricultural applications. In addition to fulfilling the hauling needs for our own excavating business, we proudly support local commercial drillers, quarries, small excavating contractors, farmers, and equipment dealers.

Top-Soil

We are proud to offer top-soil for purchase by the dump truck load, to commercial and residential customers.

Sifted and Unsifted

Sifted: Appropriate for areas that will be seeded or where a base is needed for sod installation. It is great for replenishing landscapes where grass will no longer grow due to heavy erosion of the soil. Many customers also choose sifted soil for installation of new flower beds and landscaped areas.

Un-sifted: Appropriate for fill-dirt. This product can have rocks and clumps of grass/weeds. It is not appropriate to be used a “finish” product, because it is not as workable as sifted topsoil. It is however perfect for filing in ditches, low spots, and other areas.

Pricing varies. Factors include type of soil purchased and if hauling is needed. If you need us to haul it to a location, distance affects price as well.

We are excited to share that beginning spring of 2022, this product will be available year round! Our new storage facility will provide a place for us to stock-pile this product and keep it dry. Making it available even during winter and rainy months.

Rock Crushing

Finding large rock deposits on job sites can result in higher site-work costs due to blasting and rocking breaking. Though this is often seen as a challenge, it can provide a money saving opportunity. Instead of hauling the blasted and broken rock away, why not recycle it into usable site material?

Big Rocks Made Into Little Rocks

Boulders and large chunks of rock can be run through a rock crusher, on-site, to produce RDC. This is a rock-dirt composite material, perfect for constructing roads and building pads. Ability to produce this material at the jobsite, from material that is already there, can significantly cut down on stone and hauling costs for a project.

Partners’ on-site crushing capabilities includes a Powerscreen 1400 Crusher that churns raw stone material into a refined product, made up of 3-5” rock mixed with fines and dirt. We provide the hauling of the equipment, set up, and operation.

Crushing is not limited to purely stone. This process can also be used to recycle concrete, asphalt, and limestone into usable material.

Emergency Utility Services

Aging infrastructure, freezing and thawing, and other conditions can result in water and sewer line breaks at the most inconvenient times. Leaving customers, students, employees, and other community members without access to the essential services they consistently rely on.
