Concrete
Having an in-house concrete division enables Partners to provide seamless transition and scheduling on large jobsites, while also serving the community on smaller projects. Our completed concrete work can be found in various municipalities, universities, large and small businesses, and residential communities throughout the Shenandoah Valley. Specialties include sidewalks, steps, concrete entrances and retaining walls, paved flumes and ditches, ADA compliant handicap ramps and truncated domes, curb and gutter (using a slip-form curb machine), and slabs up to 10,000 sq. feet in size.
Since concrete work is often one of the final phases on a jobsite, we’ve found flexibility is key to ensure the customer is pleased with the finished product. Our team has the experience and capability to adapt project plans, so the completed project flows together properly and is aesthetically pleasing.
Our American Concrete Institute (ACI) Certified Technician works closely with general contractors, owner-developers, and inspectors to exceed expectations and make sure projects are completed with the highest, most consistent quality possible. Additionally, utilizing our skilled site-work division for proper installation of foundations and drainage systems ensures the structural integrity of our concrete will last over time. This level of quality has resulted in an excellent reputation for our concrete team and a high frequency of repeat customers.
