Partners Excavating handled the full scope of site work, including utilities, paving, concrete, and assisting with the demolition of the existing building. The project presented several challenges, notably maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle traffic flow. The site was highly technical due to limited workspace and its proximity to Newman Lake.
