Phase 1 of this project included the restoration of four (4) aging parking lots and an area called Godbey Circle. The scope of work included the milling out of failed asphalt areas, taper edge milling eight (8) feet wide, transitional milled joint to tie in the 1.5” asphalt overlay, and raising the existing cleanouts and manhole covers prior to the asphalt overlay and line striping. Four and a half (4.5) acres of paving was completed in the summer of 2020. Phase 2 included the same scope of work. This phase was a little larger, at 5.16 acres of 1.5” asphalt overlay and line striping. Phase 2 was completed in the summer of 2021.
