The Phoenix

The Phoenix was a new development retirement facility. Partners Excavating was responsible for the complete site work, including the utilities, paving and concrete. Challenges included extremely wet conditions which were remedied by mixing lime with the dirt. This dried the material and kept costs down. The project began December 2021 and it was completed in the spring of 2022.
