PRESTON LAKE RESIDENTIAL & SHOPPING COMMUNITY

In mid-2013, our partnership began with the Preston Lake Community, starting with preparing a brick wall at the entrance and a walking path bridge over the lake. A major task involved installing two large pipes to manage water flow from a 50-acre watershed, which presented challenges due to the high water volume during rainstorms. Our team aimed to minimize disruption to residents during construction, though it was difficult. After the pipes, residential development and a large commercial area followed, with hopes of future involvement. The project also marked the purchase of our first GPS system, which remains in use as the company prioritizes cutting-edge technology.
