Route 33 Widening At Preston Lake

This widening project for Rockingham Co/VDOT was a 2017 project with all scopes covered by Partners Excavating, including earthwork, utilities, sidewalk/curb, and paving. Challenges encountered on this job included an unusually rainy summer season and a sewer tie-in from an adjacent business. Our team had a flexible schedule in order to address these challenges. This included working throughout the night when it was time to switch the sewer service over to the new line to minimize disruption.

On most jobs there are unknown and unforeseen problems that take time to address and problem solve. This job was no different. This is what our team does well.
