Partners won the bid to do the complete site package for Staunton City Schools in 2019 and the project was completed in 2020. We performed all of the Erosion and Sediment Control, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Site Paving, and Site Concrete.

During the job our team ran into many unforeseen problems. A couple examples include, aggressive schedule, very tight job site with very little room to share with the GC, rock, and working with the unknown of the pandemic. Our team was able to navigate through these challenges by having good communication with the GC and site superintendent, as well as other subs by sharing real estate so that everyone could effectively do their work. Having several new engineering methods that we hadn’t encountered before, we worked together with the engineering team to successfully finish the job. It was a pleasure to start and finish this job for the General Contractor and the owner.
