This LifeSpire project started in May 2017 and was completed in the fall of 2019. Partners Excavating was responsible for complete site-work, utilities, paving and concrete. Challenges we encountered were extremely rainy weather, keeping the existing facility in operation and allowing existing residents to live normally while the new facility was being built within 20ft of the existing one. The sewer installation was very technical, 30-35ft deep.
